Yes! That wall, and YES....that sort of gnawing!
Since it isn't possible that one was able to gain entrance to the under-stoop area over the past week and one half, it stands to reason there was...scratch that....there are an unknown number of the lil furry cretons still holed up inside! Now the question is how to get it/them out without allowing any new intruders in?
Is that possible?
I'm thinking about three or four new traps - additional traps - placed all around the hole, to get anybody exiting and/or entering.
Snappity, snap, snap....gone!
