My lovely little quilt arrived at the UPS hub in Hodgkins, IL, by 8:51AM Saturday morning -- but hasn't budged an inch since!
Do I need to be worried?
Do I get money back if they do not live up to their delivery claim? If they fail to meet the delivery timeline THEY named and guaranteed?
I will drive to Hodgkins, IL if I have to!! That's a warning, UPS. A warning and a promise.
