All those little pillow-making nose miners finished their respective pillows - to the point of stuffing them, which they could do at home. I stayed after by an hour-and-one-half to be certain they walked away with a fairly complete project - the little wieners.

I don't know how it is in this day in age that kids are SO lackluster in learning how to do something without having their hands held EVERY step of the way. I taught myself to sew; from readying the machine to cutting and piecing....everything. How is it kids today cannot manage a little more self sufficient behavior?
