Wet

Why is it that rain never falls in the areas where it is most needed? Take, for example, California. Aren't they always in critical need of water? Forever in a drought, or near-drought state?

I vote we send them these rain masses and storms we have currently...not to mention the ones headed this way. After yesterday, and with the snow piles yet to melt (although they are significantly less, now), I think we are about watered out. We have all the water we can use - after all, we are the Great Lakes state.

All of those in favor, raise your hand. Or, raise a mitten!
