Oh, it looks like they're serious

Obviously, this young couple is more serious than most about buying the little HUD home across the street.

What makes me think so?

They've brought a handyman and a list with them to meet the realtor.

Wait! What's this? Another young couple has pulled into the driveway!

Oh, dear, I was afraid the property would go to someone who would rent it out to ne'er-do-wells, or who would repair and 'flip it.' Seeing the first young couple had given me hope, but unless couple number two are friends (who will be helping with the repairs and such), it looks as though these two sets of young-uns are flipping together.

Guess we'll find out within a month (or two). If the "for sale" sign stays in the window, the house is still on the market. Otherwise, we'll have to wait and see what BobandCarolandTedandAlice have in mind for this little unwanted nugget. There are two more on the block.
